A Review of Baby Formula. What Could Possibly Go Wrong?
"Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right, here I am, stuck in the middle with you"
That is how I feel today. Stuck in the middle of a clown car, barreling down the highway out of control with no one in the driver’s seat because they all got DOGEd.
As I look at this regime, I am struck by how utterly incompetent they are as a group. We have seen evidence of this since the beginning of this little sh*t show. There’s Kristy Gnome who doesn’t know what habeus corpus means. There’s Pete Hegseth, the DUI hire, paranoid and spying on his own staff. There is of course RFK, Jr., the completely unqualified and incompetent man in charge of our nation’s health services. And Linda McMahon, former wrestler who is taking down the department of education. And of course, at the top of the heap is Little Donny TACO boy. A six time bankrupt “businessman” who is more interested in golfing than working for the country.
Today, I want to take a look at the most recent announcement by RFK, Jr. He is planning to do a review of the ingredients in baby formula. Not a bad thing in it’s own right. However, after the travesty of the MAHA report which I wrote about yesterday, I wonder what kind of AI infested nonsense we will end up with on this report.
I think it bears considering what kind of a review will be produced. If the MAHA report is any clue, it will not be evidence based, and it will not be scientifically produced. Which is unfortunate because, it is actually a good idea to review what goes into baby formula.
Baby formula has been used for over 60 years. Consumer Reports (CR) tested 41 brands of baby formula earlier this year.1 They found that in about half of the samples there were contaminants including arsenic, lead, PFAs and other potentially harmful chemicals. These contaminants are readily available in our environment, unfortunately. Following the report by CR, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced they would increase their oversight of the baby formula industry.
But here’s the rub. Under the TACO regime, the FDA, along with pretty much all other federal departments has undergone severe DOGE restructuring including a cut in spending and staff. I talked about that here:
So…how will they conduct this review? This might be why the push is on to use AI. DOGE has cut so many jobs that there are just not enough people available to do the kind of work that needs to be done to conduct a thorough review of something like baby formula. Or to create a MAHA Report. Who knows what the incompetents in this regime are using AI for?
I hope they will rely on the scientists who are still available to produce an evidence-based, scientific study on baby formulas. Unfortunately, this regime does not respect science as evidenced by placing RFK, Jr. in charge of HHS. A man with no medical degree, no qualifications, and no common sense it would seem. God help us.
Thanks for reading.

Yep, they way they are approaching things, they'll go with the gut feeling of someone the Little Dick Tator and TACO rapist currently favors because the scientific approach is "right out," as the Brits would say.
